1. Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Road
a. Applicant has submitted an application for a 25-foot variance from required 30-foot setback for structure accessory to the use other than residential as set forth in Section 1266.04(A), footnote (b), of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code.
b. Applicant has submitted an application for a variance from the required minimum lot area of 20,000 feet in the Residential District as set forth in Schedule 1246.07 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code. They are requesting a 1,330 foot variance.
2. Dino Carota, 9783 Acton Court
Applicant has submitted an application for a 280 square foot variance from Schedule 1266.04(A) of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code that limits detached accessory structures in the Residential District to 200 square feet.
3. Approval of the minutes for the October 15, 2014 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.
